We are a specialist referral centre for the management of feline hyperthyroidism using Radioactive iodine based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne but servicing all of Victoria.
Our Clinical Director is Dr Amanda Gross who is an experienced local Veterinarian who has been licensed to treat feline hyperthyroidism with radioactive iodine since 2007 and has been achieving amazing results for her clients. From May 2022 she will be focusing entirely on treating hyperthyroidism in cats at this specially equipped and dedicated facility.
Admission for treatment is through referral from the treating veterinarian.
Treatment requires cats to be boarded, isolated and monitored on site within a radiation protected environment for 7 - 10 days, rest assured your pet will be well cared for, comfortable and supervised by passionate cat lovers.
